Classes

Flying Trapeze

Skill Development (All Ages)
Skill development classes are great for all levels. Beginners will go through ground school, where our instructors will teach you everything you need to know before you swing through the air for the first time – then you get to climb up to our platform and try it! Returning students will get extra time to focus on perfecting your swing and perfecting skills that need a little more attention.

Tricks & Catching (All Ages)
Tricks & catching classes are another great option for all levels. Beginners will go through ground school, where our instructors will teach you everything you need to know to swing through the air for the first time. Whether you are coming for your first or your 99th class, the tricks & catching class will give you time to learn and work on new tricks. At the end of each class, students who are ready to safely perform a catch with one of our expert instructors will get the opportunity to swing the full length of the flying trapeze!

Catching
Our catching class is an intermediate and advanced class for students to work with the catcher. The two-hour class will include a warm-up, rounds of catching, and finish with group conditioning. This is a great opportunity for our frequent flyers to practice working in hands and going for a return bar.
