Want to run away with the circus but think you need a little preparation first? Try our Big Top bootcamp classes! We’ll play with somersaults and cartwheels, and guide you through exercises using circus equipment (like trapeze and aerial hoop) designed to build strength and flexibility for all fitness levels.
